In order to obtain membership at ATP, a full month membership fee of $700.00 and a $200.00 security fee are required. The membership fee is due before admission.  Future membership fees will be due on the date of the month that you arrived. (Example:  Arrival date – 1/7. The fee will be due again on 2/7).  The fee is due on that date and considered late after the third day. There is a $10.00 a day late fee for each day thereafter.   All payments may be made by check or money order payable to Austin Turning Point or by credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted).   We do not accept cash.


If the membership and security fee have been paid in advance and the potential member does not move in for any reason, ½ of the fees paid are refundable.

Breach in contract for any reason (i.e.: relapse on alcohol or drugs, two weeks late on membership fees, excessive rule infractions, stealing, disruptive behavior, ect…) will result in loss of all monies paid for membership fees and any refundable security fee  and will result In the immediate removal from property. Any items left in the Facility will be removed from the Facility and discarded after 5 days.

Security Fee Refund Requirements:  One half of the security fee for membership will be returned to original payee one week after member has left the premises and has met the following requirements:

a) Successfully completed a ninety day program commitment at ATP

b)  A thirty day notice in writing of intent to depart must have been given.

c)  All ATP items (i.e.: linens, mattress, comforter, pillow, etc) are accounted for and in good shape (taking into consideration normal wear and tear); and

d) Room has been cleaned
